Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event. At DJ Wheels Entertainment we understand the huge responsibility the disc jockey has for the success of your reception. We believe in helping you create the wedding of your dreams. We can provide the music and sound system for your ceremony as well as your reception. Whether it’s elegantly formal or a wild party that you desire we will do our best to custom tailor the entertainment to your wishes.
We provide each couple with free one-on-one pre-event consulting. We want you to have total confidence that your wedding day will be everything you've dreamed it can be by working with you directly in person, on the phone or through email.
We will play the music you and your guests want to hear, and if there is something you do not want played simply tell us and we will gladly accommodate. You can choose all or some of your music or let your DJ choose the music that will get your guests on the dance floor, either way we will work hard to ensure your event is a success.
All of our wedding Packages Include:
- Set Up and Ready to Go - We'll arrive prior to any of your guest and be completely set up ready to go as your guests arrive. Your guests will arrive with music already playing in the background and we are happy to help them locate their seats, cocktails, beverages or appetizers, restrooms or make any needed announcements prior to your arrival for the Grand Entrance.
- Full Announcements & Introductions - We'll meet you at the door, coordinate your wedding party and make your formal Grand Introductions. We keep you, your guests and any other venders informed of each activity (cake cutting, garter & bouquet toss, etc.) throughout the event. You can simply relax and enjoy your reception and mingle with confidence that your event will run smoothly with our direction exactly as you envision it.
- Wireless Microphone for Speeches & Toasts - Not only used for the toasts, but we also encourage our newly weds to thank their family and guests for coming and celebrating with them on their special day.
- Basic Lighting - Set a mood for romance or light it up for a techno club feel with our included basic lighting set up. Maybe you would really like to party! Ask us about our Advanced Intelligent Lighting upgrade and really set your party apart from the usual.
